He was a Director at DuPont Sustainable Solutions (DSS) between 2015 and 2018, leading the Global Practice Leaders team and the Center for Knowledge Management (CKM) located in India. He was also responsible for DSS operations in Australia and New Zealand and led the global digital services offering. Michele has 30 years’ experience providing environmental, health & safety and social impact consulting services to the oil & gas, mining, manufacturing and public service sectors across Europe and Australia. Prior joining DuPont, Michele was a Partner at EY and ERM (Environmental Resource Management). An expert at integrating environmental issues into the long-term financial success of organizations, Michele’s areas of specialization include identifying risk, improving business performance and implementing best practice for future emissions trading, environmental and health and safety management systems, sustainability programs and waste management.
Michele was a member of the Italian Environmental Economist Association and developed researches for the Association of Management Studies at Catholic University of Milan. He was guest lecturer on Climate Change, Sustainability Reporting, Environmental Auditing and Waste Management at Curtin University and UWA of Perth Australia, and at Bocconi University and Polytechnic University of Milan.
Danilo has 35 years’ experience in ICT as business consultant, director, MD and CEO of multinational companies, entrepreneur of several innovative startups.In 2001 he co-founded Visiant Galyleo, later became Indra Italia, the Italian subsidiary of Intra Sistemas S.A., where he served as CEO and Managing Director until 2014. Since 2014 he has founded and co-founded several success start-ups. In particular in 2017 founded Artemisia FZE (in the United Arab Emirates), which invented and developed an artificial intelligence software solution, based on advanced machine learning algorithms, to extract significant financial information from alternative data sources, forecasting relevant modifications in the stock trends and volatility, corporates events and issuing risk management signals.
Paolo is an applied mathematics specialist with 15 years of experience in several domains with a focus on R&D. His main skill is understanding and modelizing problems in different specific domains and solving them using modern statistical/mathematical techniques including AI. In the last years he was partner/founding partner in several start-up mainly in the FinTech industry and quant consultant for different entities in the financial/real estate industry. He made several projects in cooperation with Dalle Molle Institute for Artificial Intelligence in Lugano and was Adjunct Assistant Professor in Advanced Corporate Finance at LUISS University. He has developed innovative tools in organizational safety culture improvement, leadership, environmental engagement, Human Factors, coaching, talent development, management systems, digitization and design of predictive KPIs.
